In the heart of Milan, in Corso Genova, you can find one of the most historical and iconic fashion boutiques completely renovated. The Architect wanted to maintain the key elements, typical of the Meneghina identity, with a contemporary translation. Exceptional attention to the choice of materials and finishes was used in elements such as the flooring, which was inspired by the Ceppo di Gré, although a blackned ceramic amber was used given it´s higher technological performance. The windows, also entirely renovated, create a warm and welcoming atmospehere in the entrance, that surrounds Biffi´s history. Inspiration was taken from the Shaker esthetic, an american movement born between the XVIII and the XIX century and considered by most the predecessor of minimalism.
